These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products through the Serendipity Fabrics website. By placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms and conditions of sale described below.

1. Prices and payments

The prices indicated on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated. Serendipity Fabrics reserves the right to modify prices at any time, while always guaranteeing that the price in force at the time of purchase will be honoured.

Payments may be made by credit or debit card, bank transfer, or other authorised payment methods. To make a payment by bank transfer, the customer must contact the sales team by sending an email to sales@serendipityfabrics.com. 

2. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If any fabric is not available, the customer will be informed and may choose to place the order nonetheless in order to receive it once the item is back in stock.

In general, out-of-stock products usually take up to 8 weeks to be restocked.

3. Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination (Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands or international destinations), the selected courier company (MRW, DHL, SEUR, among others) and the availability of each product.

In general, the delivery time for orders within Europe is between 2 and 5 working days. For orders outside Europe, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 15 working days.

Once the purchase has been confirmed, the customer will be informed of the estimated delivery time and will be provided with a tracking number to check the status of the order in real time.

In the case of out-of-stock items, customised products or items made to order, delivery times may be longer, as they require a more meticulous and artisanal production process.

At Serendipity Fabrics, we handle every shipment with special care to ensure that the fabrics arrive in perfect condition, preserving the quality and excellence that define us.

4. Returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, returns of fabrics are not accepted.

Our fabrics, made from natural fibres and artisanal processes, may present variations in colour inherent to the material and finishing. These variations form part of the character and authenticity of the fabric and shall not be considered grounds for a claim.

Such variations are indicated in the technical sheet or in the product description. In general, natural fabrics may present greater variations in colour than dyed fabrics.

The customer has 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return, provided that the products have manufacturing defects.

Returns will only be accepted when the products:

• show a defect attributable to Serendipity Fabrics

• are in perfect condition, having not been used or handled

• are returned in their original packaging

Returns will not be accepted for:

• customised products

• sample books or fabric samples

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of an error or defect attributable to Serendipity Fabrics.

5. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute or controversy will be resolved by the Courts of Madrid, unless otherwise provided by law.
